Cancellation Policy:

Hair Design by Kelly kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the salon’s policy.
